1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before dispatch only by contacting our Customer Care.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Safecarestore reserves the right to cancel any order if:

The order violates our Terms & Conditions

Incorrect pricing or stock errors occur
We may restrict or block access to customers involved in fraudulent activities.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Since we deal in Ayurvedic and Wellness products, we follow a Strict No-Return / No-Exchange Policy for safety and hygiene reasons.
However, return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Product received is empty

Wrong item delivered

Item missing from the order
3. Conditions for Return Approval
To raise a return/replacement request, customers must provide:

Proper unboxing video (without cuts)

Packaging defect video (if applicable)

Clear photos of the damaged / wrong / missing product

Order ID / Invoice Number
⚠ Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours may not be considered.

4. Refund Process

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.

For approved damaged/wrong product cases, once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, refund will be credited within 1–2 working days.
Note: Some banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

6. Shipping for Approved Returns
Once your return is approved, return instructions will be shared.
If the product is confirmed as damaged/wrong/missing, Safecarestore will bear the return shipping cost.
